I’m based in Hythe, Hampshire and see some people here and also remotely to accommodate people from all areas of the country and abroad.
For those out of the area, I offer Telephone or Online (Video) Therapy. This saves travelling time and expense and I can see you if you live in out of the area. You don’t need any software, I simply send you a link you click to join the session.
Appointments are 9am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
I can offer Counselling and Psychotherapy at £60.00 per session (approx 50mins) This can be short-term or long-term depending on the issue and your needs.
Couple (relationship) Counselling is £80.00 per 1-hour session.
Anxiety Therapy is £60 to £70 per session depending on the therapy agreed for that session. This is a specialised proactive approach to reduce and remove the anxiety. Click here for more details on my website.
Counselling Supervision is £60.00 per 1-hour session.
Insurance cover through BUPA, AXA and AVIVA etc, please contact me for information.
You are kindly reminded that any booked sessions require payment at the time of booking, and if an appointment is cancelled less than 72 hours before the appointment time, the fee may be retained to cover the lost session.
